Gift Cards

This gift card allows the recipient to purchase books, drinks, or tickets for events or workshops at Kutubna Cultural Center.

The full amount must be used within one year of purchase.
Please email info@kutubna.ae or send a WhatsApp message 050 583 7714 with the name and contact information of the intended gift recipient.

Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards at Kutubna Cultural Center

• Validity: The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Non-Refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or part.
• Accepted Areas: The gift card can be used at the bookshop, coffee shop, and kids' zone at Kutubna Cultural Center.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Kutubna Cultural Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. They will not be replaced or refunded.
• Transferability: To give your Kutubna Gift Card to someone else, email info@kutubna.ae with the recipient’s name. The card must be redeemed by the named person.
• No Extensions: Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated or extended.
• Custom Offers: Discounts or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card.
