Kutubna Cultural Center offers a six-month training program designed to support Emirati job seekers who are eager to gain meaningful work experience in a creative and dynamic environment.

This opportunity is ideal for:

Trainees are integrated into the day-to-day operations of the center, receiving continuous mentorship and feedback, joining team meetings, and participating in real events and projects.

Program Details

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Commitment: 20 hours/week
  • Format: Hybrid (remote + in-person work at Kutubna, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai)
  • Completion: Certificate of participation + recommendation letter (based on performance)
