Volunteer Spotlight

Volunteers have been a vital part of Kutubna’s story from the very beginning.
Budoor Alrahmah, a student at New York University Abu Dhabi, served as a volunteer program associate and played a key role in launching our Dubai Humanities programming and grand opening. From coordinating with ministries and artists to managing logistics and leading teams, her contribution helped bring Kutubna to life.

Have you taken time away from your career to raise your children?
Are you ready to return to the workforce, but not sure where to begin?
Kutubna is launching a new Returnship Program to support women like you.

This summer, we are offering a limited number of hands-on training opportunities in:
 – Business Development
 – Administration
 – Sales Management

With a small fellowship of AED 500/month, participants will gain real-world experience working with our team, focusing on our Café and Kids’ Camps programs.

You will contribute to:
 – Reviewing business plans
 – Developing sales strategies and customer experience protocols
 – Creating staff training materials

This experience can lead to part-time or full-time employment for selected candidates.
