Step into a nurturing space of creativity and connection with A Sisterhood of Flowers: A Creative Writing Workshop for Women.

Guided by writer Priyanka Sacheti (@iamjustavisual), this workshop invites participants to explore how observing nature in urban surroundings—particularly the flowers blooming around us—can inspire poetry and prose. Through a blend of observation, writing exercises, and discussion, women will reflect on their personal desires, dreams, and hopes, transforming them into creative expression.

What you’ll do

• Observe nature and urban flowers as inspiration
• Engage in guided creative writing exercises (poetry & prose)
• Share reflections through group discussion
• Weave personal stories, desires, and dreams into your writing

Who it’s for

Women of all writing levels who wish to explore creativity, connect with nature, and express themselves in a supportive and reflective environment.

Participants will also receive preliminary notes in advance, encouraging observation of nature and reading selected nature-based texts and poetry.
