In this hands-on session, we will explore the artistic potential of calligraphy beyond traditional rules. I will teach 2-3 fundamental letterforms and then guide participants to use their own creativity to transform these shapes into unique, abstract compositions. It’s a perfect blend of learning and artistic freedom, designed to be accessible and engaging for all levels.

Ali Pasandideh is a professional calligraphy artist and educator with over 26 years of experience. He specializes in transforming traditional calligraphy letterforms into modern, minimalist designs. Ali is dedicated to making the art of calligraphy accessible to everyone, focusing on the creative flow and the meditative process of ink on paper. He has a long history of conducting engaging community workshops across the UAE, helping participants discover their own artistic voice through the beauty of letters.
