This is a joyful children’s story that brings the garden to life. In this book, Maya and Lenny discover a secret world where vegetables are superheroes, each with a special power to help children grow strong, healthy, and confident. Through playful storytelling, colourful characters, and a touch of magic, young listeners learn how everyday veggies share their powers when we eat them, turning meals into adventures and food into fun. It’s a story about curiosity, courage, and discovering that even the smallest bite can have superpower.
