“Inside Out Workshop – رحلة في عالم المشاعر” is a creative workshop designed to help children explore and express their emotions in a fun and meaningful way! The workshop begins with a beautiful story in Arabic that gently opens the door to understanding feelings, followed by relaxation and breathing exercises to help children connect with their inner calm. Next, children will enjoy a creative drawing activity, where they can express their emotions through art. The workshop will end with fun and engaging games that bring joy, movement, and laughter while reinforcing everything they’ve discovered. This workshop is all about creating a safe and supportive space where children feel heard, understood, and inspired.

Meet the Contributor:

Rana Nammour, Ghiwa Bou Issa AND Joumana Mekdachi Kharma are three passionate educators currently taking the Mind Tools for Kids course. Each of them brings her own unique touch, and together they aim to support children’s emotional growth through creativity, care, and connection.
