Propose A Workshop
Do you have an idea for a creative workshop or cultural event? Kutubna Cultural Center welcomes proposals on a rolling basis from artists, writers, musicians, and educators interested in engaging our diverse community in Dubai.
We are currently accepting proposals for:
- Writing and art workshops
- Music-related events (e.g. music workshops, storytelling with sound, etc.)
- Children’s and youth programming (for babies, toddlers, children, teens, and families)
Workshops can be one-time, multi-part, or recurring, and are held in person at our center in Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai.
What to Include in Your Proposal
To submit your idea, please fill out this form or email us at info@kutubna.ae with the following:
- Workshop or event title
- Brief description of the content and goals
- Target age group(s) (e.g. children 6–10, teens, adults, families)
- Proposed date(s) and time(s)
- Suggested price (Note: registration fees are shared 50/50 between the facilitator and Kutubna)
- Bio of the workshop leader
- Social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

High-resolution photos (JPEG or PNG) that illustrate similar past events
- You must have permission to use the images.
- If people appear in the photos (especially children), ensure written consent is obtained.

If taken by another photographer, provide their name for credit.
