WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our
inventory and be responsible for delivering your order.
Shipping Fees
All shipments—whether within the UAE or internationally—are subject to paid shipping.
We do not offer free shipping under any circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and
selected delivery method.
All delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we do our
best to ensure timely delivery, actual timing may vary depending on your location and
external circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be shipped within 30 days from the date of order
confirmation.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. However, we are currently unable to
deliver to the following countries:
● Israel
● Russia
● Ukraine
● Palestinian Territories
Please note:
● Free shipping is not available on international orders
● You may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import restrictions depending
on your country

● Customers are solely responsible for complying with local regulations and
covering any additional fees
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide
an updated estimated delivery date.
