Refund Policy
At Kutubna, we have a limited refund policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness for all
purchases.
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
● If an item purchased online arrives damaged
● If an event is cancelled after a ticket has been purchased
In these specific situations, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of
delivery or cancellation. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and
unused, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@kutubna.ae. If your request is accepted,
we will share the return instructions and next steps. Please note that items sent back
without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive
the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a
refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
● Books and café items, unless proven to be damaged before purchase
● Event tickets, unless the event is officially cancelled
● Custom or personalized products
● Gift vouchers and sale items

Shipping Fees
Please note that we do not offer free shipping. All return shipping costs must be
covered by the customer, even within the UAE.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your refund request, we’ll process the refund to your
original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds are not issued in cash.
Returned items must be sent back within 7 days after receiving return approval. Items
that are damaged due to improper use or poor packaging may not be eligible for a
refund.
