Leader’s Annual Membership

For only 1,500 AED per year

  • Use of our events space free of charge for a total of 24 hours per year when the space is available (could be divided into up to 12 times per year, 2 hours each)
  • 12 social media stories on Kutubna’s Instagram account about the member or their activities
  • 50% discount on events space rental during the membership year
  • Member’s brochures or flyers may be given to customers who make purchases from the center’s bookshop
  • Free access to 12 members’ events per year

Terms and Conditions

  1. Event space reservations include the lecture hall area only. Kutubna’s gallery, kids’ area, and upper level amenities remain open to the public while the events space is reserved.
  2. This membership does not include IT or technical support. Guests are responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to the projector or use of the speakers.
  3. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
  4. Members are encouraged to bring their own microphones and test them before events. 
  5. A/C settings may not be altered at any time.
  6. The lecture hall seats around 30 people; more people may be accommodated with a variety of seating options, up to 50 people.
  7. Cafe Kutubna offers catering for beverages and light refreshments. Outside food and beverages on the cafe menu are not allowed at the center.
  8. No furniture or food may be set up near the Farghali painting at the back of the events space.
  9. Members are responsible for their guests and must make sure no guests touch artwork at the center.
  10. Members are responsible for any damages to the center or its belongings such as damages to furniture caused by the members or their guests.
  11. All planned events and activities at the center must comply with UAE law. The center does not offer legal guidance.
  12. The center can prohibit the use of its space for certain activities for any reason; members must seek approval in writing for any activities to be held at the center by sending an email to info@kutubna.ae one month in advance.
  13. The use of fire and fire-producing devices is prohibited at the center.
  14. All book sales at the center are subject to a 50% cut for the center.
  15. Any sales occurring at the center must be approved in writing by the center by sending an email to info@kutubna.ae one month in advance.
  16. Members may send their news and information about their activities to the center with pictures for social media announcements. The center will select photos and text to use on social media as member news. The center reserves the right not to publish any materials at its discretion. 
  17. Materials for social media must be sent one month in advance. No guarantee materials will be used on social media if sent on shorter notice.  
  18. Discounts to the event space reservation fee are applied to the original rate and not to already discounted rates.
  19. Access to free events applies to designated events only.
