Arts & Curatorial Assistants

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable interns to join our team for the summer and fall seasons as we prepare for and deliver a series of exhibitions, installations, and community programs.

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground internship designed for individuals eager to explore the inner workings of the curatorial process — from research and concept development to public engagement and exhibition support.

 

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with exhibition setup, installation, and deinstallation
• Supporting curatorial and artist research under the guidance of the curatorial team.
• Helping prepare and print invitations, flyers, and exhibition catalogues.
• Supporting curatorial and documenting artworks and updating artist bios and exhibition materials.
• Managing logistics, guest lists, and gallery readiness
• Supporting artists, visitors, and curators during events

 

We’re Looking For:

• Individuals who enjoy working in a team and are comfortable with flexible, event-based hours
• Curious minds who enjoy researching, writing, and organizing
• UAE-based candidates available to work in person during summer and fall 2025
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus

 

Internship Details:

• Unpaid – this is a learning-based opportunity
• Part-time and flexible, with on-ground availability required for events, installations, and meetings
• Internship certificate and reference letter provided upon successful completion
