Stories & Crafts with Ruqaiya
Saturdays in July 2026
Age Group: 3+

Join Ruqaiya for a fun-filled session of stories and crafts designed for young children. Through engaging storytelling and creative hands-on activities, children will explore their imagination, develop their creativity, and enjoy a love of books in a welcoming and interactive environment.

جلسة حوارية باللغة العربية تتناول قصة حيّ بن يقظان لابن الطفيل وقصة روبنسون كروزو لدانييل ديفو بوصفهما تجربتين أدبيتين من بيئتين مختلفتين تتمحوران حول الإنسان وعلاقته الفطرية بالطبيعة۔
تنطلق الجلسة من مجموعة من الأسئلة الوجودية حول العزلة، والتأمل، واكتشاف الذات داخل فضاء معزول، وحدود المعرفة الإنسانية۔

Indoor Picnic Day
Sunday, July 26 | 11 - 4pm | Free Entry
Age Group: All ages

Join us as we transform our upper level into an indoor park for a summertime picnic. Bring your blanket and a plant or two and come read, do a puzzle, do some art, or just hang out with your family and friends. Picnic blankets will be available for rent and baskets with healthy snacks can be reserved ahead of time. Cafe Kutubna will be serving ice cream!

Collage Art Exhibition

Kutubna Cultural Center’s Collage Art Exhibition presents more than 70 artworks by artists from around the world, bringing together works created in both physical and digital mediums. The collection explores themes such as memory, identity, migration, belonging, resilience, spirituality, culture, environment, and the relationship between tradition and modernity.
