Tours and Workshops for Schools
Kutubna Cultural Center offers guided tours of its ongoing art exhibitions, alongside engaging writing and art-making workshops designed for school field trips. These experiences are tailored to spark creativity and curiosity among students of all ages and backgrounds.
During each visit, students explore the vibrant worlds of visual arts, literature, and publishing in the UAE and the Gulf region. Tours are led by experienced guides and last approximately two hours, offering both cultural depth and hands-on activities.
What’s Included:
- A guided art tour that introduces students to key movements and artists from the Middle East and North Africa
- A creative workshop in which students engage with themes from the exhibition through writing, drawing, and painting
- Insights into Khaleeji authors, UAE publishers, and contemporary Arab artists
- Opportunities for reflection, discussion, and sharing of student-created work
Accessibility and Pricing
The program costs 35 AED per student. To support accessibility, Kutubna offers fellowships for three students per class, and we are happy to discuss reduced rates for schools from under-resourced communities.
Tours are available throughout the academic year and can be scheduled on weekdays to suit school timetables.
