Travel into the desert of mythical creatures with a fun reading session of Athba’s Gift followed by an interactive activity. Athba wakes each day and flies into the desert with her companion, the great roc, to give gifts to the people she meets. Yet she cannot understand why, even while doing something she loves, she ends each day feeling sad and tired. A modern desert fable with a gentle reminder that even the most generous hearts need time to rest.
